LifeVantage is growing! We’re thrilled to announce we’re expanding. While many companies in the network marketing space are downsizing or shutting their doors, LifeVantage is playing to win. On October 1, 2025, LifeVantage officially welcomes LoveBiome into Activation Nation.

This acquisition positions LifeVantage as a global leader in one of the fastest-growing areas of wellness: gut health.

Why are LoveBiome and LifeVantage merging?	LoveBiome and LifeVantage share the belief that direct sales offers people around the world a better path to wellness and a healthy, vibrant life. We believe in this industry and the empowerment it provides. The merger accelerates the call to global entrepreneurs to love life with the very best compensation plan, products, and community.
What does this mean for LoveBiome members?	LoveBiome members gain access to a larger global network with enhanced support systems while keeping the community culture that makes LoveBiome unique. The merger also expands access to Activation products spanning multiple categories that empower your body to make the things it needs for health, such as antioxidants and collagen.*
What does this mean for LifeVantage Consultants?	LifeVantage Consultants gain access to products that expand Activation into gut and microbiome health. LoveBiome P84 takes the guesswork out of gut health, regulating, repairing, and restoring the gut through Activation*.
How will commissions be affected?	Commissions will continue to be paid without interruption. The LoveBiome compensation plan will transition to LifeVantage’s Evolve Compensation Plan, with side-by-side comparisons provided to show how earnings align or improve. The expected date for transition to the Evolve Compensation Plan is November 1, 2025.
When is the official close of the partnership?	The target close date is October 1, 2025. We are anticipating full integration to the Evolve Compensation Plan on November 1, 2025. Product integration will be rolling across markets throughout the remainder of this year and into next. The US and Taiwan markets will have the quickest ability to integrate product, but please stay tuned to email and social as more information becomes available.
What happens to my current LoveBiome subscription orders?	All existing subscriptions will continue as normal. As systems merge during integration, subscriptions will be migrated to LifeVantage’s platform seamlessly. Please continue to order on LoveBiome until the change to LifeVantage occurs in your market. You will be notified when this change occurs. More information regarding this change, including how LoveBiome members and Customers can access their new LifeVantage account, will be sent via email.
Will product prices change?	There will be adjustments to LoveBiome product prices during transition to the Evolve Compensation Plan. Any adjustments in the future will be communicated well in advance.
How will product availability be impacted?	Products will remain available through existing LoveBiome channels until full product integration occurs and afterward, they will be available on lifevantage.com. We are anticipating product integration to be rolling, and completed market by market.
What about the rest of the international markets?	LoveBiome’s strong presence in Taiwan, Japan, Europe, will be enhanced by LifeVantage’s broader international footprint. Product from LoveBiome will begin a rolling transition on October 1, 2025, onto lifevantage.com for some markets, including US (including US NFR) and Taiwan. All other markets will be business as usual for LoveBiome and will be notified as they switch to lifevantage.com. Will employees be retained?	Yes. Key employees from LoveBiome are being integrated into LifeVantage. Some roles may transition or change over time, but a retention plan is in place for critical staff.
What will happen with LoveBiome offices?	The Provo office will remain open during the transition. Long-term, operations will consolidate into LifeVantage’s headquarters in Lehi, Utah, with some remote and regional support continuing.
Who will lead the combined company?	LifeVantage’s executive team will oversee the combined operations, under the leadership of President and CEO, Steve Fife. LoveBiome’s founders and key leaders (Kelly Olsen and Shon Whitney) will take active roles at LifeVantage in field leadership, transition planning, and brand integration.
How will LoveBiome leaders be supported during the transition?	Dedicated training, communication, and incentive programs will be offered to ensure leaders understand the new systems and can confidently guide their teams.
What happens to pending promotions and incentives?	Transition bonuses and recognition programs are being designed to reward early integration.
How will technology systems be integrated?	LoveBiome’s ByDesign platform will transition into LifeVantage’s Back Office system. Cut-over is targeted for November 1, 2025. Data migration is being managed to ensure accuracy.
Will there be changes in how we place orders?	Yes, eventually all orders will flow through LifeVantage’s website and Consultant app. Until the cut-over, LoveBiome customers and members will continue using current systems.
How will this merger benefit customers?	Customers will have access to a broader range of science-based Activation products, more promotions including LifeVantage’s customer loyalty program, Rewards Circle, stronger global distribution, and improved customer service.
What should members do now?	Stay engaged, attend all update calls and trainings, keep building your business, and reassure your teams that the merger strengthens—not replaces—what they love about LoveBiome.
What steps are you taking to ensure inventory levels remain sufficient during the transition period?	We are closely monitoring and managing inventory levels to support a smooth transition and avoid any supply interruptions. Additionally, for LifeVantage Consultants interested in trying P84 before it’s available on lifevantage.com, we will have the opportunity to qualify for access through an upcoming incentive, which will be announced soon.
I am a LifeVantage consultant- can I order Love Biome P84 from the Love Biome website?	We appreciate your excitement- we are excited too! Please do not purchase directly from the LoveBiome website as it will complicate the transition but wait for the information on how to qualify for access through an upcoming incentive.
I am a LifeVantage consultant. Will LoveBiome products be available to purchase internationally or via NFR?	Product will begin a rolling transition after October 1, 2025, onto lifevantage.com for some markets, including US (including US NFR) and Taiwan. All other markets will be business as usual with shopping on LoveBiome’s website until notified of the transition date to lifevantage.com.
What will happen to other LifeVantage products?	We are currently anticipating no changes to LifeVantage products and are excited to see the health synergies that come by adding P84 as the hero to our already outstanding gut health lineup. Other LoveBiome products will become a part of the LifeVantage lineup as well. Products will remain available through existing LoveBiome channels until full product integration occurs and afterward, they will be available on lifevantage.com. We are anticipating product integration to be rolling, and completed market by market.
Is this the new product or do we have something launching in October?	LifeVantage Consultants who earned access to the New Product Trial Group will be the first LifeVantage Consultants to receive P84.
