Will we be back on Back Order in the future?
We feel confident about inventory for December and into the first weeks of 2025. We adjusted the forecast immediately after experiencing the unprecedented demand levels of October and are working to build up to that number by the end of January. The popularity of the product during this peak season could mean another Back Order period.

What if I haven’t received my December order?
Rest assured, it is on its way. We have processed all December Subscriptions up through the 20^th. December one-time orders started shipping on December 20^th, as well. December 25^th orders will begin the shipping process on the 26^th since our warehouse is closed the 24^th and 25^th for the holiday.

Should I wait on my Back Order or do another order now?

In this situation you should wait for your Back Order, especially due to holiday warehouse fulfillment.
