Your Simple Social Media Posting Formula
Stop Guessing What to Post
If you’ve ever opened Instagram or Facebook and thought, “What should I post today?” — you’re not alone.
Most Consultants do not struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they lack a simple, repeatable system.
The good news is that you do not need to reinvent the wheel every day. You just need a formula.
How We Got Here
If you’ve been following our Tip Tuesday trainings, you’ve already built the foundation for attraction marketing on social media.
So far, we have covered:
- How to optimize your profile to build trust
- How to identify your Five Core Values
- How to use the 3 E’s of Engagement to add value
- How hashtags can help guide your content and keep you consistent
Now it is time to bring it all together into one simple posting formula you can use again and again.
Your Daily Posting Formula
Use this framework every time you create a post.

What Day Is It?
Start with the hashtag of the day.
Daily hashtags give you a built-in theme and make it easier to know what kind of content to create.
Examples include:
- #MondayMotivation
- #TransformationTuesday
- #WellnessWednesday
- #ThrowbackThursday
- #FridayVibes
- #SaturdayFunday
- #SundayThoughts
Instead of guessing what to post, you begin with direction.

Pick a Core Value
Next, choose one of your Five Core Values.
Ask yourself, “What part of my life do I want to share today?”
This is what makes your content feel personal, relatable, and authentic.
Bonus points if you use a photo of yourself. Faces build trust, humanize your content, and help people feel connected to you.

Does It Hit One of the 3 E’s?
Before you post, ask yourself whether your content does at least one of these things:
- Educate
- Entertain
- Entice
If it does not, take a moment to adjust it.
Content that adds value is content that gets engagement.

Does It Create Curiosity?
This is one of the most important parts of attraction marketing.
Ask yourself, “Am I explaining everything, or am I leaving room for conversation?”
You do not need to say it all in the post.
Curiosity is what gets people to comment, message, and ask questions.

Is It Valuable?
Use this simple test:
Would you stop and read this?
Would this help, inspire, or connect with someone?
If the answer is yes, you are moving in the right direction.

Is There a Call to Action?
Do not skip this step.
Tell people what to do next. A call to action can be as simple as asking:
- Can anyone relate?
- What would you add?
- Have you experienced this too?
No call to action usually means no conversation.
How It All Connects
Here is the full system:
- Hashtags give you consistency
- Core Values give you content
- The 3 E’s give you value
- Curiosity drives interest
- Call to Action starts conversations
That is attraction marketing in action.
Want to Go Deeper?

Each lesson builds on the next and helps you create content that attracts instead of chases.
Your Action Step
Use this formula to create your next post. Do not overthink it. Just start. Then ask yourself one simple question:
Am I attracting… or chasing?
