All accounts are about to get a spring cleaning! Starting March 1, accounts with no recent orders will be removed from the back-office and their organization.

With the account cleanup, your organization data is now more accurate. It will give you a clearer picture of what to expect each month. And your monthly volume will not be impacted by the account cleanup.

Please be advised a global site outage is scheduled to take place to put these changes into effect.

 

Which accounts will be removed?

  • Consultant accounts: No commissionable orders, Subscription orders, commission checks, or Enrollments in the last 12 months.
  • Customer accounts: No commissionable or Subscription orders in the last 3 years.

 

Can you help your team and Customers keep their accounts active? 

Yes! Introduce them to any Activation product they may have missed and help them place an order before March 1 to stay active.
